General Services Contractor

When I started this business I wanted it to be unique and to fill a niche in the market. I wanted everything to be from outside the box and be able to deliver a welcome surprise everyday.
I spent years in the commercial and residential remodeling business.  I noticed something very unique about the commercial buildings we were working in.  Every one of them had a person on sight to take care of the property. They managed all the services and coordinated all of the contractors that needed to work In the building.
The buildings all worked perfectly. Every time you hit a switch. Used a faucet or sat down to work it all just worked.  The people that worked there had no idea what was going on behind the scene to keep the engine running smooth. In my position in the company I had a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes and was very impressed and knew I was on to a great opportunity. 

This has been a very exciting project.  The fire pit is almost done.  These clients are enjoying #SnowbirdLife to its fullest.  Soon the family will gather around the fire and sing songs and laugh.  More pics to come
